The company acts as a freight forwarder within the meaning of section 6:302 of Act V of 2013 (Hungarian Civil Code), and provides procurement services to its clients.
The company is not a carrier: it operates no vehicles of its own. Carriage is purchased from international carriers and resold to clients.
The company is not a customs representative. Customs clearance is arranged through a partner customs brokerage.
Services are provided to legal entities and registered sole traders only, under written terms. No services are offered to consumers.
